The project comprises 14 floors situated atop 2 podium floors, housing a total of 480 apartments. With a focus on maximizing views, the concept revolves around ensuring that the majority of apartments face the captivating vistas. The massing is intelligently divided into two sections, both oriented towards the scenic outlook, ensuring that each unit enjoys direct views. The facade is characterized by a minimalist approach, featuring frames that serve to reduce the bulkiness of the overall mass while adding a touch of contemporary elegance.
